Black Dawn

History:
2083: As the world moved into a new era, it became united under the goal of peace. The governments of countries faded into nothing as a new government was formed... When first created, the Government of Earth was equipped and quite able to deal with the challenges that presented themselves. Peace was present, for the time being. Little did they know, a wide terrorist network was regrouping and rebuilding with funding from crime families around the globe, waiting for the time to restore the ´old´ ways.

2104: After over two decades of peace, the war broke out. The terrorists struck, causing fear amoung the civilian population. Defeated on all battle grounds by the guerrilla tactics of the terrorists, the government was helpless. Inside the government debates raged, the world leaders unable to decide a course of action to deal with the terrorists. Military leaders became angry and impatient. A coup was attempted and failed, furthering the chaos. Many of the world leaders realized the system failed to function and resigned. The remaining members tried in vain to bring order, but it was too late. Most of the world was left in anarchy. Police forces worldwide continue to battle to maintain the small amount of order left, but there is little hope of success.

Year: 2110

Location: Seattle, Washington
Note: The main gathering place will be "Rolling Rock Bar and Grill".

Civilization as we know it has ended. The government and the military are in ruins. The police forces struggle to survive, caught in the crossfire of the warring factions. Chaos runs rampant, the criminals controlling the streets. The terrorists have been unusually quiet, sparking both curiosity and paranoia. Welcome to a new world. There are no laws, yet their is authority. Those who cross the Fallino´s or Nomads don´t tend to live long.

Chain of Power:

  1. Fallino Crime Family


    2. Information: The Fallino Crime Family controls most of the drug flow, ´protection´, prostitution, gambling and other ´businesses´, both legal and illegal in down-town Seattle.

    Weaponry: The Crime Family prefers concealable weapons. Most common are:
    • High quality ,low caliber pistols.
    • High quality, low caliber SMGs.


  2. Bedouin


    3. Information: The Bedouin, orginate from the deserts of California. The Bedouin do as they please, causing conflict both with the crime family and the police force. These "nomads" are they only ones with the firepower and manpower to go toe for toe with the crime family.

    Weaponry: The Bedouin rely mainly on heavily modified, outdated, high power weaponry. Some examples are:
    • High power handguns.
    • Crudely modified shotguns.
    • High powered rifles.


  3. Police


    4. Information: Under manned, yet fairly well equipped, the police force struggles to maintain order. While it is rumored that many of the superior officers are on the crime family´s payroll, there is no evidence to support such claims.

    Weaponry: The police force uses only the highest quality weapons. Their main focus is around accuracy and power. Some examples of the weapons used by the police force are:
    • High caliber, high accuracy pistols.
    • High capacity, high accuracy SMGs.
    • High caliber, high accuracy rifles.
    • "Advanced" weapons.


  4. The "Fringe" Group


    5. The "Fringe" Group consists of Bounty Hunters and Assassins.

    Weaponry : Varies by the individual.


  5. Street gangs
    6.
    Information: Distribute drugs, commit petty crimes. Known to associate with the crime family.

    Weaponry: Inexpensive weapons.


  6. Civilians


    7. Information: Normal men, women and children caught up in the urban war, struggling to make a living and survive.

    Weaponry: Varies by the individual.


Technology: Repulsor lifted or "hover" vehicles are quite common, but a large number of conventional (wheeled/tracked) vehicles remain. Projectile weapons still dominate in sales, but laser weaponry is starting to show itself on the police market. Advanced body armour and even cybernetic implants/replacements are arriving on the scene.

I invite you to come and at least try it out. Its a similar set up
to Black Dawn in terms of timeline, storyline, etc, though it is a bit

The Crime Sydicates are all but gone 5 years after the deaths of many Sydicate heads. The syndicates that were unnaffected attempted to take over in the power vaccume and started major wars between each other. And with the bounty hunters ever vigilate, the Sydicates were eventually wiped out. Of course somthing such as the syndicates are never fully doused, their spark always lies in the shodws. The year is now 2076, Will you rebuild the syndicates, or will you join the rainks of the bounty hunters and capture the criminals that still plague lands. Or will you just be a merchant who sells to whoever buys? the path is up to you, just make sure you have protection........

The Setting will be the X-Mansion, and almost all of New York City. However, if sims and other characters call for it, they can RP anywhere they like. All sims will be free to anyone, if anyone wants a private sim/fight, approve it with a mod or admin. For those who do not wish to dwell at the Mansion, there's a bar - namely the Warrior's Bar, run by Guy Gardner. Sort of a "Hero's Bar."

 Final Fantasy 7: Jenova's Outbreak

[Delete]		Shin-Ra's slow rise back to power led to some incredible breakthroughs in science... but it also led to some problems. Experiments with the body of Jenova created a byproduct... a virus. Jenova's Outbreak spead throughout the land causing people to fall ill... but there are reports of some of the infected rising up and making havoc throught the world.

Factions:
Avanlanche- Since Sephiroth's fall Avalanche has grown much larger, with support from man towns, it is still located in Midgar though. They now operate at an abandoned Bus depot in Sector 5.

Other Rebels- Maybe they are a part of another group like Avalanche, maybe they want to join, or maybe they fight alone. One thing is for certain, they hate Shin-Ra.

Civilians- Anything that isn't Shin-Ra or the rebels go here. People, the infected, the evil infected.

SOLDIER- Shin-ra's elite enforcement. Bathed in Mako and trained for battle, it's almost near impossible to beat these guys.

Shin-Ra- They own your life... plain and simple

[Delete]		Okay, i got an idea for a chat, just tell me if you got any ideas for improvements.

Its Star Wars, set a few thousand years before the Great Sith War. The Old Republic is in its infancy, and the Jedi are just starting to assert there roles i the universe (No Sith till later.) Blaster/Lightsaber/Hyperdrive tech is just starting to spread throught the republic's domain.(The majority of Jedi/Dark Jedi would still be using old Protosabers)The Mandalorians are just a few loosely set clans and warrior Tribes, and Tatooine is just now being colonized by Humans.
