Coruscant- The aid bill that was origionally designed to aid the backwater world of Tatooine was passed by a narrow margin, however there was a unanimous vote among the Senators to deny Tatooine the aid. Instead the Aid Bill will make it possible for other planets to receive aid from the New Republic. Aid will either be monetary, or in the way of food and supplies nessisary for living. The bill also created the Foreign Aid Commitee, which will oversee the prosess under the guidance of the Finance Council.
The New Republic Security and Intelligence Council issued several bounties in relation to the Socity movement rising on Tatooine.
50,000 Credits are offered for information on the persons responsible for the murder of Three Republic citizens that were identified in the socicitys public murder of foreign workers on Tatooine. 100,000 credits are offered for the actual persons, with proper evidence they were involved.
a 100,000 credit bounty is offered for any information that leads to the arrest of Rogue Toxic Marsh, with a 300,000 bounty for his capture. |
