We're sorry to say that as of current an unknown form of creature has appeared amongst the colony. They appear to be the result of a virus that spreads on contact. Victims are shown to either die or transform into one of these creatures.
Our security department is refering to these creatures as Wels.
For this reason from this moment forward the Angel Eye Colony has declared a Quarantine area. All beings, human, mechanical,cyborg, shall be intensively scanned during this period of time to help insure the containment of these creatures. A containment that is desired to be away from populated areas of the colony to insure the safety of all civilians of the colony as well as those the colony regularly comes into contact with.
Intelligence believes this virus to be the result of terrorist activities as viewed by recent bombings of Colony resources on planet from unseen sources. A source indentified only as Mr. Z. We would advice that anyone who comes into regular contact with the Colony take immediate medical care for they may be a vicitim of this terrorist virus.
