[Delete] | Consider this OOC for IC now... Just want to gauge intrest... So post if you'd want in.
Given proper intrest Freedom Arms and Stryker's Vehicle Sales and Repairs will be hosting Mos Eisley's Deadliest Competition on Wed June 29th. What is that you ask? It's simple, the competition will consist of two different tournaments, each with two different classes. The tournaments will be:
Gunfighter: no full autos, area effect weapons or uber blasters. No shields or armour
Melee: no armour, no ranged attacks except throws, lightsabers welcome (swords will be fitted with a shielding device to ensure a fair match)
The two different classes will be human and super human. The rules are simple...
·Do what you must to win.
·Some powers will be permitted, but attacks and defense must be with the weapon (IE: You may use force enhanced speed, but no force lightning)
·Once an opponent is disabled or surrenders, the contest is over. You may not continue your attacks.
The winner of each tourny will take home $500k and a ground vehicle of their choice from SVSR. If the two winners choose to square off, the grand prize will be doubled, winner takes all. Entrance fee will be $100. Weapons can be provided upon request from Freedom Arms.
Edit: Two neutral parties will be selected as judges should there be a dispitue.

[Delete] | FIrst, judging by the name, this include character death, We havn't done a tourny with major stakes since...well, since years ago when Jek held the Shinra arena, and that was over and done with back in like, 2002. We're a mite rusty, I say we go with the safe way out, or else only lunatics like me, you, and possibly forceflow are going to be willing to throw their characters in the ring. THe next one we could make it honest-to-god deadly, but these days I can't see public favor being thrown to "whaddya mean DEADLY?"
Also, we should throw in a race. I mean, we're on tatoo-freakin'-ine here, we should have a podrace! |

she's not human though. she's of a reptilian species. She doesn't have force powers or anything like that though; just claws, sharp teeth and venom.
What class would she get grouped in?
(and if she can't compete, i want her to have some other job concerning the Competition. Like referee and/or training/sparring parner for the contestants, if that's gonna be an option)

[Delete] | well, looking at my schedule, it looks like i won't be able to join this game after all. It'd probably go somewhat long into the night, and with college at 8am the thursday after, i just can't do it. Thursdays are long, 12 hour days.

In conclusion....buy an Audigy Platium EX, 72 bucks or less off ebay....you'll thank yourself if you've got good speakers or headphones
