[Thank you for tuning in. I am T1-10TH, Human-cyborg relations and thankful servant to the great Torgo the Hutt.] *In the background, Torgo, in all of his slimy splendorousness, waves. He is surrounded by Gammamorean guards.*
[As many of you know, Torgo loves Tatooine, but moreso, Torgo loves this city, the city of Mos Eisley! The mighty and powerful Torgo, in his infinite wisdom and out of the chambers of his boundless heart, has decided to use some of his immense wealth and influence to give back to the community. After all, the Mos Eisley Police Department, while noble, is understaffed, an undergunned for the modern criminal. Cyborgs, monsters, and Force-wielders cause rampant destruction throughout the city. Invaders from afar threaten homes, businesses, and even friends of the desert.]
[The enormous and magnanimous Torgo has therefore decreed that starting today he will in fact be offering up public bounties against those who have been declared menaces to the public welfare. These Public Safety Mandates, or PSM bounties, will be open to anyone. These bounties are not to be taken lightly, and unless otherwise declared, these bounties are not to be taken alive.]
*The hologram appears to cycle through, showcasing the pictures of several different criminals or ne'er-do-wells, four in total in the first batch. The scrolling text below the headshots morphs to biometric and collected data, with the prices in bold text below.*
[Again, I repeat: Torgo the Awe-inspiring has created a distinct class of bounties to serve the public good. Tatooine, and Mos Eisley in particular, is neutral ground- -the word "criminal" has little meaning. These bounties will only ever be called upon the very worst of the worst, those which have betrayed this fine city's generosity and anonymity and have proven themselves to be a chaotic threat to all inhabitants, whether criminal, law-abiding, civilian or military. As such, the following individuals are wanted dead, for the following crimes:]
"Bleeder" Rolhl Zarno: 12,000c
Crime(s): Murder, arson, water supply contamination.
Zippy Kylone: 19,000c
Crime(s): Multiple murders, crimes against sentient dignity, impersonating a jawa, unauthorized usage of a starship cannon to cheat a cards.
RAAA'Gaaa'raaa'aarggh: 14,000c
Crime(s):Murder, dismemberment, massacre.
Tai-sa Bingbing Sakade: 15,000
Crime(s): Invasion of hostile army. BOUNTY RECINDED; INDIVIDUAL CAPTURED AND IMPRISONED BY GOVERNMENT OF ORIGIN
[These bounties can be collected at Torgo the Hutt's pleasure yacht, as staffed by his security forces. Please be aware that these bounties are for the individuals to be returned dead. The corpse is optional; the head is mandatory. Torgo the Great wishes you happy hunting.]
