Flying Green Squirrel: Welcome to Radio Free Mars! Today we have a rare interview with Council Kronos of the Galactic Sovereignty. I got to ask him a few questions today. Sadly to say, I kept my comments to myself. That doesn´t mean that YOU don´t have to voice your opinions! Speak up!
FGS: What is the purpose of your faction?
Kronos: We have many goals to accomplish. Since our conception we have strived to bring civility and justice back to the universe. In the local area of Tatooine are goals are very simple. We have a history here and when we heard of all the unrest and violence being perpitrated against the civilian populace we had to return. We thought we had left the people in capable hands with Ion Storm but we were wrong. We are also here to make of for some of the mistakes of the past that others of our organization have committed.
FGS: What do you plan to do now that you´ve returned?
Kronos: We plan to help the people especially following the recent tragedy that has befallen from the destruction of the shinra tower.
FGS: What are your feelings on the current war on Tatooine?
Kronos: We are also exploring an agreement with the local terrorist cells if we could begin talks with them. We are opposed to the war in all facets of the matter. War only benifits the factions not the people and to the Emperor the people are the most importent thing. We will continue not to choose sides and offer medical assistence to all who request it.
FGS: Do you have any political goals for tatooine?
Kronos: As of right now we only wish to help the people. We are still in alliance with Ion Storm and some of the other factions and will maintain those until they prove unloyal. We wish only peace for all those in the galaxy.
FGS: What do you mean by
"Maintain"?
Kronos: We have no plans on braking those alliances. We have come to hear of rumors of dishonorable actions from Ion Storm but they have yet to be substantiated. Until they are we will support there decisions as long as they coincide with the beliefs of the Galactic Sovereignty.
FGS: So you don´t intend to get involved in battle in any way?
Kronos: We have no intentions of doing anything but defending ourselves and the people that we have promised as nobles to defend. We will take whatever steps are necessary to uphold that promise.
FGS: We´ll remember that. If a government were to come into power that was for the people, would you support it?
Kronos: We would whole heartedly support such an organization. That is one of our main goals.
FGS: One last question. How would you go about solving the current situation as it stands right now?
FGS: Now that is a very difficult question to answer. You see there are many obsticals to overtake. We are still in the process of collecting all the information needed to form a plan. We are getting resistence from mulitple factions that are taken us at face value without knowing our stand on things. We wish to open communications between all sides and act as the mediators to hopefully stop anymore violence. So another child can play with his father instead of cry for them.
