Kukai Foundation “heroes” of Coruscant
Kukai Foundation Continues to Impress New Republic
Kuat vows to catch Aama Anjark, “Disappointed with Republics response”

Kukai Foundation “heroes” of Coruscant
After a devastating battle between a Kukai Foundation member and an unidentified and what appeared to have been an unidentified creature that destroyed much of a city block and a park, the unnamed Kukai Foundation pilot was cleared of any wrong doings, the foundation was then promised to have their visas to Coruscant returned.
“All evidence supports claims that the unidentified woman and monster were part of an unknown cell attempting to cause massive damage to Coruscant for what are still unknown reasons. The Kukai pilot saved countless more lives when he intervened in their attempt to set off an explosive that would have destroyed much more of the city block and left us with bigger issues than the park.” Was the statement issued from Coruscant Security Forces, followed by the New Republics statement of:
“We had to act quickly and it seemed prudent to remove the Kukai Foundation from Coruscant while the situation at hand was investigated. In truth they were heroes, and those whose homes were merely damaged should be glad their lives weren’t lost in what would have probably been a much graver situation. While we are relived at the low number of casualties we are still grieving for those who were lost and the Kukai Foundation has generously offered their services and to pay possible reprimands. “

Kukai Foundation continues to Impress New Republic
Images of a fierce and surprising battle of not one but two fights over the desert world of Tatooine were filtered through the holonet shortly after they were taken, the surprise behind them was the fact these images were taken by the Hawke Karbn the New Republics latest Nebula-Class Star Destroyer. More surprising, the Hawke Karbn assisted the Kukai Foundation in repelling an attack by a yet unidentified species. During this battle the Karbn suffered damage as the ships numerous small fighters damaged a number of weapons onboard the ship that officials said was not battle-tested, nor meant to fire them at this time. Due to the damage and a number of other turrets that failed due to their experimental design the ship did not participate when a second, much more savage fight broke out. Instead the ship stayed and documented the Kukai’s valiant struggle against a species that are known as the Vajra.
“I hope this situation highlights the Kuaki’s position in the galaxy. Both battles were fought against vicious species of devious and evil intent that only the worst in mind for us and the galaxy if they had succeeded. “ Stated Admiral Steve Parks, Commander of the Farpointfleet responsible for fleet activities in the area. He went on to state that the Karbn remained in system after the battles to pick up stranded pilots of the Kukai foundation and to land a survey team to explore a previously unknown outpost of unknown origin, before returning to Tanos where it began repairing battle damage and replacing the weapons lost.

Kuat vows to catch criminal, “Disappointed with Republics response”
On the verge of being rid of what the Kuati senator has labeled “The greatest nuance to Kuats shipyards in decades” a daring rescue by her pirate ships damaged the shipyard, much of the ground based infrastructure and left the Senator shaking his fist angrily in the sky, both at the infamous pirate, and the New Republic.
“The Republics response is somewhat appalling to me.” Stated the Senator shortly after the rescue “They seem reluctant to hunt her down as she once again goes to hide in unclaimed territories, leaving Kuat to suffer another blow economically. It almost seems as if the smaller shipyards are encouraging this behavior, as if they could somehow catch up to Kuat’s great manufacturing potential if this keeps happening. I wouldn’t be surprised if Corellia or Sullust isn’t paying this pirate for her “adventures” here.” Although releases by the Kuat government have stated the senator was angry and not in the right state of mind to have been interviewed at that time, there has also been a refusal to apologize to either Corellia, Sullust, or the New Republic, which led to a physical fight within the halls of the senate with the Sullustian senator tackling the Kuati senator and managing to knock him unconscious with three sharp blows before guards could separate the two.
“I apologize for my actions” stated the Sullustian senator immediately after the fight. “But a man who says such things about the people of Sullust shouldn’t have so many shiny teeth in his mouth. And if he didn’t mean those words he should be a man of his people and apologize.”
