Greetings Federate Royal Ball attendees.
Fold-Freighter Wasson is scheduled to leave with sufficient time to arrive in Rylos as a specified time. To ensure superb customer service from PaxMillion Ltd. I'm asking you to confirm your arrival's. High General Kezie has tasked me with this task and I'd like to see it done as soon as I can. This is for your benefit, so we can be assured the Freighter has adequet stocks and berthing spaces for those who will not be docking their ships inside the Freighter.
As a courtesy, I've included a template invitation for your benefit.

You have received an invitation to the Federate Royal Ball held tri-annually on Rylos 2 in the Capital Palace. You have the opportunity to attend the first event that has been opened up to residents of *Something is scratched out and "The Galaxy" is written in its place with pen*. Enjoy fine foods, fine drink, and fine company as the High General and the Empress of Rylos invite you to take part in an event steeped in history. We only require a few points of courtesy be adhered to in order to make for a wonderful and exciting night.
1. Recepients of invite may bring 1 guest to accompany them. As an added note, 2 personal guards per invitation are allowed but in the interest of guest safety and event enjoyment cannot carry weaponry. Tragolite Federation SOC units will be providing security to ensure guest safety and enjoyment.
2. Lodging in the Palace will be provided on the basis of 1 room per VIP. Seperate lodging in the Palace Guard barracks will be provided for personal guards. Details on security will be provided by the Palace Guard Captain to the attendee's security personel upon arrival.
3. Personal transportation is allowed to be utilized to Rylos, however, due to the extreme danger posed by the proximity to the galactic core, as well as the nature of the Rylos system. PaxMillion Ltd. will be providing transportation via fold-space Freighter. The Freighter is able to berth ships up to [insert dimensions here]. Luxury accomodations are available for those who wish to utilize them instead of bringing their ships. PaxMillion assures complete safety and sastisfaction in their mode of travel and wishes all will use their accomodations.
