While having his head turned looking at Karlita, the large patron in front of him throws his large clenched fist into Rue's face, a direct hit to his left cheek. Rue's head rears back slightly, taking the full blow of the fist, as everyone grows silent. For a moment, they both just stand there, with the patron's fist dug into Rue's cheek.*
