Love to indulge yourself with a nice cold one? Enjoy the sweet taste of fayewine? Or perhaps you just love getting smashed? We have the contest just for you! Brandybuck Inn and Tavern is hosting an event in Endal: FUBAR'd! Dare to see how long you will last going shot for shot with some of the top competitors of Arda! This contest is a bit more challenging than the others we have had, so pay close attention. First, roll a d7, this will determine which booze shot your character will be taking, along with it's point value. Next, roll a d10 to determine how many shots your character just took. The third step is to roll a d20 to determine if your character continues on drinking or if they are down for the count. There is a chart to help determine where your character lands. Finally, make a post! If you do not post after each round, you will be disqualified! Note: If you roll and manage to get a fayewine shot, roll a d3 to see if your character is down for the count. If you are a god, Hunter, or an elf this does not apply to you. If your character continues on with the contest, the next round will be a d19, d18, d17 ect to see if your character is still in the competition. At most, you will have 20 rounds. When you score the water roll, you DO NOT roll for drunken state or how many you consumed. It is just one glass of water. On your next round, you gain a +2 to your drunken state roll. Do not forget to claim the water bonus when you get it! Don't forget to post your totals! Bonuses - Elves, Hunter, Gods do not have to roll a d3 for fayewine. If your character has the drinking, metabolism, or sommelier skill, you gain the bonus based on the level for this. If your character is an alcoholic or has alcoholism as a weakness, you gain +2 on your shots taken rolls. Also, if your character competed in the eating contest, gain a +2 to your "drunken" rolls for 6 rounds. Previous winners, Ace, Ariana, and Oniko gain a +1 for their drunken rolls. If you are Hunter - roll a d100 to determine whether you are recognized each round. 1-20, you are recognized. Also, Hunter gains +2 for his shots rolls but, does not gain the additional +2 for being an alcoholic. Furthermore, Hunter rolls the "drunken" roll for determining whether he has grown bored of the competition vs being drunk and out for the count. Prizes: First Place - 200 E/Q silver pieces, gold drinking goblet encrusted with dazzling red rubies, 10 bottles of the finest rum, one bottle of fayewine...yes, even for the humans if they manage to keep up with the elves!
